Weekend Retreats

A weekend Retreat is a space to give yourself a mindful invitation to become present in a contemplative and kindly way: letting go of the hustle ands bustle of life and stepping into the present moment, within a collaborative and warm supportive experience.

My Retreats are usually set in the beautiful location of Hellens Manor, surrounded by the stunning and evocative Herefordshire countryside where Nature holds sway: a perfect place to meditate and practice, rest and explore, reflect and just be.​
