PRIVACY/GDPR NOTICE
Mindful Gail is fully committed to compliance with the requirements of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This replaces the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA). We are required to maintain certain personal data about individuals for the purposes of satisfying our operational and legal obligations but we recognise the importance of correct and lawful treatment of personal data.

The Data Controller is Gail Calthrop.
Personal data may be kept on paper, computer or other electronic media; all of which is protected under the GDPR. All personal data will be stored either on Gail Calthrop computer which is password protected, or on paper in a folder stored in a locked filing cabinet.

Persons attending, one to one, or as part of a group event, information provided on the registration form and details of sessions attended

In addition:
We will not share information about clients with anyone without consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so.
We will retain personal information for one year after last attendance at a program unless legally obliged to keep it for longer.
