Rest gently into pause and reflection: let the hold of winter loosen and discover the emerging energies and light of spring within you, reflected in the new growth and vitality as Nature begins blossoming all around us. With mindful approaches, soothing meditations and intuitive movement, we will find our connection to the Spring energy we hold deep within us, that brings the renewal of vibrancy and light for our wellbeing, as winter slips away. This is a day to find the solace of embracing continuity within change, befriending and strengthening our resilience, and feeling the hold and support of Nature within beautiful gardens and grounds.

Teas and coffees will be available all day and we will have a light, wholesome lunch such as soup and bread and fruit. We will have tea and cake at the end of the day.
