HIGHLIGHTS:

Time in Nature

Calming meditations

Quiet, reflective times

Delicious lunch

Creative journey space

Imagination exploration

FOR YOU:

With a quiet and attentive mindful awareness, we will spend time in nature, explore calm in meditation, and create space for the creative journey to emerge. We know that when we engage with the present moment by moment, we give ourselves the opportunity to notice and feel what arises, and in that safe, spacious awareness, we can allow our creativity to unfold with pencil and paintbrush.

It is a journey of gentle exploration without expectation of producing ‘perfect’ art or form. It is a connection that encourages curiosity to explore creativity without judgement or particular preferences to ideal ‘art’. We allow the process of engaging with the art materials and paper moment by moment, following along with whatever arises.
